We loved exploring Insa-dong, indulging in its artsy vibe and unique shops. The hotel’s location made it easy to stroll over to the stream where cafes await. Plus, the staff was incredibly helpful, even assisting us with local transport like the limo bus to Incheon Airport.

My kids wished for a bigger room with more storage space.

Great Location but Needs Some TLC

Spent a night in a family room with unique decor elements. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially when I needed help finding local food spots. The vibrant street nearby had great eateries, but the room could use updates—some areas felt worn out. Ask for the tree room if you can!

The location of Hotel The Designers Jongro was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a bus stop nearby. The convenience of having metro access just a 5-minute walk away made exploring the city so easy. Plus, my room was clean, comfortable, and had a great vibe, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Enjoyed a lovely stay! My room was spacious and clean, with great facilities. The location was unbeatable, making it easy to explore the Royal Palaces and indulge in street food. Plus, staff were exceptionally friendly! A minor gripe was a couple of maintenance issues, but they didn't overshadow the experience.

Overall, a solid stay despite these issues.
